**As a Customer Success Manager you will**:
- Act as a **Trusted Advisor** to our** Small and Mid-market customers** helping them achieve **business** **value** and **ROI** from their investment in ForceManager.
- Maintain high levels of **engagement** to ensure customer's **adoption** and **growth**.
- Build **strategy** for your accounts to drive **loyalty** and **avoid churn.**
- Develop a deep understanding of **customer goals** and **needs**
- Monitor customer usage **data**, **health indicators**, renewal **dates** and growth **opportunities** and translate into **strategies** for **success**.
- **Identify growth opportunities** to ensure expansion within your segment.
**What we need from you**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Previous **experience** working as a **Customer Success Manager** in a **B2B SaaS** or strong** sales B2B background**:
- Strong focus and experience in **renewals** and **improving adoption of SaaS tools**:
- Previous experience in **upselling** and **cross-selling will be a plus.**:
- Previous experience with Customer Success Tools
- **Technical** understanding of **SaaS concepts** will be a plus
- Computer savvy, love Technology
- Completely fluent in **Italian**, **English** and **Spanish is mandatory**. Other European languages will be highly valued.
- Ability to work **remotely** and within a **decentralized** **team**.
- Great communication and interaction skills
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Client oriented attitude with willingness to go the extra mile
