What is the role?

We’re currently looking for a native Content Manager with a minimum of three years experience in a similar role, to join our expanding Growth Team.

Your main responsibility will be to organically attract and engage hospitality professionals to Hosco in the most efficient way through content. More precisely, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
As a leader in the Growth team, you would be working closely with product and CRM teams to activate and engage our members with relevant and inspiring content
Lead a team of editors, writers, designers, translators (internal and external) to meet deadlines and achieve great results with advice content, webinars, promotional materials and social media content
Guide the creation of UX / I content across all Hosco platforms and properties
Lead the SEO content strategy, from definition, execution, rollout, analysis and optimization with the objective of driving traffic to Hosco from professionals in hospitality.
Research content trends, best SEO practices and our B2C audiences to drive performance
Lead all copy and translations (we are in EN, FR, ES and IT) to assist UX, CRM, Commercial, Social Media, Commercial and B2B/Research content
Contribute to the wider content strategy in collaboration with our Brand/Marketing/Communications squad Who are you?
- Structured, organised and analytical profile with a capacity to manage high volume content requirements
- Proven record of creating high traffic content for a 20 to the 30-year-old audience at an international level
- Strong understanding of content best practices and on-page SEO
- Experience in coordinating external writers, agencies, and translators
- A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and helping people evolve in their careers
- Good knowledge of content and layout design
- English native (Spanish, French or Italian are a plus)
