**The Team**

We are a big Data Activation team, that aim to generate the maximum value of the data that SCRM generates, working on became a truly Data Driven company, and improving every day our methodology to create a product to be proud of.

We are the enablers for the whole company to push the data into our core model, ensuring the governance and management of that data.

**The Job**

We are looking for a Data Product Owner who will share our passion for excellence and continuous challenge. The PO will be responsible for the coordination of one of our Data Activation projects, align the company strategy with his specific roadmap, ensuring the correct data flow from source (producers) to the analytics platform (consumers) and solidifying our Data as a product.

**Main Responsabilities**
- Engaging with stakeholders (producers and consumers) to evolve and validate our data integrations
- Tracking product performance, understanding of value drivers and making decisions based on these
- Being the voice from business and consumers needs in the squad
- Be owner of the data integration from the creation (data flow) to the consumer (data model), ensuring the timeline for each delivery
- Lead the squad roadmap, prioritizing its tasks and goals, aligning with the whole objective of Data Activation

**Required Skills**:

- Must have_
- Experienced working successfully with Agile methodologies being the product owner; focus on disciplined agile execution and continuous improvement
- 4+ year of experience
- Basic understanding in data relation and data manipulation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, in order to work across a variety of teams, highly detail-oriented, strong problem solving and resolving conflicts
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ability to identify key metrics and use data insights to drive busines priorities
- Strong working knowledge of the Atlassian suit (JIRA, Confluence)
- Fluent in English

**The following skills would be a plus**:

- Experience with NoSQL and BigData systems (MongoDB, Cassandra, Spark)
- Previous experience with Cloud environment
- Previous experience with Databricks
- Previous experience with data teams
