**Position Overview**:
DCO Central Team is a global department, which oversees end-to-end, internal and external findings lifecycles. DCO works closely with regional teams within Privat Bank to ensure consistent tracking and timely processing of finding lifecycle events incl. creation of new SII. This includes reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and manage lifecycle events of divisional findings by e.g. reviewing & challenging closures, target date extensions, reclassifications and creation of new Self-Identified-Issues (SII) and action plans in-line with the Findings Management Procedure. Follow up the enhancements in GFMS and document them, provide status reports and manage issue logs
- Ensure that Global Findings Management System (GFMS) data meet the findings management methodology and quality standards incl, oversight by timely Control Linkage / Risk Type Tagging / Monthly Status Updates. Provide guidance & support to Findings Owners.
- Perform Findings Management Reporting and produce Management Information Summary for presentation to various governance forum
- Engage with multiple stakeholders Bank-wide across all three lines of defense to drive, track and document delivery against remediation and/or certification criteria
- Maintain and accompany GFMS access right requests and required data reviews incl. the regular review cycles

**Skills**
- 3-5 year’s experience in control functions e.g. Non Financial Risk, Operational Risk Management, DCO, Audit, and/or Compliance is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills combined with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders proactively and professionally. German is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
- Independent and structured working method with a high willingness to take over responsibility, work multi-tasking and independently and collaborate as necessary with team members in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in use of Microsoft suite of products required
