**Responsabilidades**:
Conocimiento de la regulación española en lo que se refiere a la prestación de servicios de inversión y de normas de conducta relacionadas con la actividad bancaria, de sus procesos de implantación y desarrollo.
- Capacidad de vision control tanto en lo que se refiere a los procesos existentes como en la creación de procesos de control nuevos, como en nuevos productos incluyendo los análisis en los procesos de NPA.
- Conocimiento concreto de procesos de monitorización y análisis relacionados con la aplicación de la regulación.
- Conocimiento de análisis cualitativo de determinados procesos que permitan identificar entre otros situaciones de misseling en la prestación de los servicios.

**Habilidades y experiência**:

- Experiência en área de compliance, realizando monitorizaciones relacionadas con el cumplimiento en la prestación de servicios de inversión como de normas de conducta en la actividad bancaria.
- Implantación de proyectos regulatorios con conocimiento de las acciones necesarias para su correcto desarrollo.
- Experiência en la ejecución de controles sobre todo relacionados con procesos de Churning, análisis de coste beneficio en las recomendaciones de asesoramiento, misseling, etcétera
- Experiência en la identificación de errores informáticos o de procesos que permitan la facilitación de su resolución.
- Licenciado en ADE/Derecho o ambas.

**Cómo liderarás**:
El puesto requiere tener capacidad para la relación con otras áreas, por un lado por la actividad diaria como por la presencia permanente en proyectos.
- Product Managers: o áreas de negocio que son las que generan las necesidades de control ya que son las generadoras de nuevos productos y servicios.
- DCA: asi como cualquiera rea de riesgo de la entidad.
- IT: áreas de tecnología y desarrollo que permitan identificar que procesos no están funcionando correctamente
