Understand the market, competition, and be the champion of our users to craft an ambitious vision for the Connecting domain and its portfolio of products, that motivates and inspires your team, peers, and leadership
Deliver on this ambition by creating a global strategy and a visible roadmap for your domain that your team can align on when defining their own long term ambitions for their products.
Ensure that your domain group and its individual teams have high clarity on their quarterly and yearly objectives, have with a high buy-in from each team member and key stakeholders
Connect with key stakeholders across the organization to generate confidence and buy in on the Connecting domain’s vision, strategy, and goals, as well as the individual teams’ plans connected to it.
Work with the Head of Product as well as your Engineering, UX, and Insights counterparts to identify and validate new opportunities that can be included in the Connecting domain portfolio.
Nurture your team as experts on the Connecting domain and how the domain impacts the Transaction ambitions of the organization, helping them expand their impact beyond development efforts.
Hire, grow, and manage a team of seasoned product managers. You will guide them frequently, remove roadblocks for them, and help them improve their business impact.
Actively contribute to the Product community within Adevinta Global P&T organization. This means providing coaching and mentoring, sharing best practices, and fostering collaboration between product teams.
Work with the Trust and Connecting Head of Product and other Group Product Managers in your organization to create a strong Product community and culture based on excellence and impact creation.
