**Your work-life opportunity**:
The LaaS team (Logistics as a Service) at Glovo is the team that develops the last-mile logistics service for all types of digital partners. This includes on-demand delivery via e-commerce platforms, as well as courier-to-customer services, where customers can send any parcel from point A to point B at the click of a button.

You will join a team that is working to revolutionise the industry from scratch with the main e-commerce players in any market (e.g. Alibaba, Apple, Shopify...).

The product team of LaaS consists of 4 product teams, a Data and Data Science team and an experimentation and robotics vertical, that work cross functionally and with a lot of interaction with the logistics, operations, tech and other product teams.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Be part of the leadership team of the LaaS vertical
- Own and lead the group vision, roadmap, KPIs and strategy while guiding the rest of the product and data teams on the group to success
- As their direct manager, mentor and manage different Product Managers and a Data Product Manager
- Inspire a team of more than 30 people with your ideas and product impact
- Work closely with the LaaS Business teams and Data Scientists in a diverse and talented team
- Be very close to the tech team, building common projects and products
- Be involved on the definition of the business strategy together with the rest of heads and senior managers of the LaaS vertical
- Be on top of the roadmaps and implementation that the teams on the group developed so as to track its impact and validate the success of them
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
- Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact

**You have**:

- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management
- Experience in a tech startup leading product teams
- Ability to translate business challenges into actions and products
- Ability to lead a team and ensure high performance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to prioritize and define long-term planings
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Experience in Logistics or Operations
- Experience in managing data teams
- Experience in eCommerce solutions product
