**The role**

Location: Barcelona

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary mission is to generate qualified meetings with new customers for Italian Public sector / administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Meeting Generation**: Identify interest and book qualified meetings

- **Lead Qualification**: Understand key needs and determine whether there’s a potential fit

- **CRM Hygiene**: Log all interactions and insights in the CRM system

- **Sales Collaboration**: Share insights and help refine messaging and approach

**What we need to see from you**

- Some experience in B2B sales or outbound customer contact. Preferably in IT/technology environment but you can also have experience in call centers

- You’re comfortable on the phone and enjoy sparking conversations from scratch

- Strong communication skills - clear, structured, and empathetic

- Interest in tech and social impact topics like digital accessibility

- Self-driven, structured, and eager to hit targets
- Fluent in** Italian and English**
