Product & Process Service Manager
- Are you passionate about driving customer-centric, sustainable, and cost-effective service solutions? At Sonova, we are seeking a **Product Service and Process Manager** to shape and implement service concepts for our products on a global scale. Join a cross-functional team that is improving product lifecycle services to ensure high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
**Key Respons**ibilities**
- Design and implement global service concepts for new products, with focus on customer centricity, sustainability, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service strategies align with overall product goals
- Drive sustainability by integrating circular practices and minimizing environmental impact within service processes
- Deploy those concepts in Sonova’s product service centers and coordinate site readiness
- Optimize quality and cost aspects in product service process development
- Take a lifecycle approach to service design—from development to phase-out and end-of-life
- Work cross-functionally with product management, R&D, QARA, OPS, finance, and global service teams to implement solutions
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with proven cross-functional project collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and process orientation; experience with project management tools and best practices
- Ability to interpret data for decision-making and performance evaluation
- Strong communication skills—able to translate complex topics for diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience driving initiatives across multiple sites and/or regulated industries
- Background in operations, continuous improvement, or medical device industry is advantageous
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP tools, German or Spanish is a plus
