Descripción general / **Responsabilidades**:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Package Equipment Engineer with experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry
**Responsibilities**:
Complete responsibility for package equipment such as:
- Fired heaters
- Steam Boilers
- Vacuum packages
- Cooling Towers
- Water treatment units
- Flares
- Prepare duty specifications, mechanical datasheets and / or any other typical project documentation, etc.
- Prepare Package Equipment Material Requisitions for enquiry and for order
- Technical evaluation / clarifications of vendor technical bid evaluation reports to support order placement
- Review / comment of vendor documentation
- Verify that all designs are to required standards and that the objectives of the project are met
- Verify that the works is completed to the agreed schedule
Habilidades / Cualificación:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Extensive working experience in engineering Companies developing EPC projects with the capacity of coordination of comments from several disciplines primarily in a contracting, environment, working with typical packages of the oil & gas projects
- Knowledge of International Codes applicable to Process Plant fabrication and design (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.)
- Excellent command of Spanish and English languages
- Holding a valid permit to live and work in Spain is required
- Immediate availability to join
