**What we’re looking for**:
The Creative Director is part of Gartner Digital Markets Global Brand Marketing Team. He/she will be responsible for building and managing our newly formed in-house creative agency that is responsible for the design and production of all digital channel marketing assets for Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and UpCity. Working closely with the leadership team, the Creative Director will be responsible for helping to define each brands’ creative needs, building the appropriate team to support the creative needs and implementing a unified vision for the team as well as fostering a collaborative multi-discipline environment.

**Why you’ll want to come to work**:

- Help define a simple, scalable, and impactful creative vision to drive the creative strategy and execution of all of Gartner’s digital brand properties across all channels and platforms.
- Provide leadership and expertise around design, brand, user research, and innovation that translates into simple, scalable, and effective designs and executions.
- Own the end-to-end creative process to effectively conceptualize and communicate creative standards, collateral, and marketing objectives.
- Relentlessly prioritize creative projects using GDM's business priorities as a framework.
- Ensure we’re on top of the latest creative trends and design principles.
- Collaborate and partner with the brand, content and marketing teams to create world-class, user-centric, branded experiences.
- Collaborate across the organization to create comprehensive and coordinated strategies
- Work closely with brand, product, content, and marketing teams to identify and develop creative assets that drive revenue for Gartner Digital Markets.
- Analyze and synthesize results and data into actionable recommendations.
- Build and lead a team of creative professionals fostering career development and growth paths for team members in alignment with company and personal objectives
- Inspire the team to greatness and support creative team members as they ideate, collaborate, and design new experiences.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, marketing, design or similar creative field.
- 10+ years of video/advertising/design/UX/UI background required with professional experience in digital.
- Creative agency background with recent experience working with Fortune 500 B2C brands.
- Proven project management, prioritization, leadership, strategy, people management, interpersonal, presentation, organizational and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and ability to balance customer needs with business goals in developing solutions.
- Understanding of web analytics and A/B and multivariate interface testing.
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.
