Creators, a cutting-edge STEM-focused school opening in September 2025, is seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science departments. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and train a team of innovative and reflective practitioners.
- Teach classes in one or more of the disciplines and lead by example through your own dynamic approach to teaching and learning in your classroom.
- Foster a passion for learning and expand knowledge and understanding in mathematics, physics, and computer science.
- Shape and implement a pioneering approach to STEM education.
- Create an environment that nurtures a spirit of entrepreneurism and creativity.
- Inspire students to excel in IGCSE and A-Level examinations, international Olympiads, and competitions.
- Develop strategies to help talented students perform to an outstanding level in all academic and extracurricular endeavours.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven leadership experience and track record in a similar head of department or academic head role. Experience working in UK or British International schools will

be an advantage.
