We as a leading telecommunications company are committed to providing innovative technology solutions to meet the evolving demands of our customers. With a strong presence in the telecommunications industry, we are dedicated to shaping the future of communication. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Telco Enterprise Architect with expertise in BSS and OSS to join our team and play a pivotal role in defining and implementing our enterprise architecture strategy.
**Requirements**:
- To analyze, document and ensure the client's requirements.- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, stakeholders mapping.- Extract, Analyze and crunch data to create a landscape of differing types of customers into manageable groups- Analyze and document business requirements and translate these to functional specification and design and map these to technology.- Make presentations/demonstrations/ Proof of Concepts (POCs) to stakeholders.- Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.- Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.- Conduct Market Research. Perform data analysis, trend analysis.
- Support in Report Generation
**Skills**:
- Through understanding of BA role, Extensively worked on Business Analyst deliverables (BRD, HLD, LLD understanding etc..)- Highly analytical: you can process large amounts of data and information and distil it- Excellent understanding of Telecom Media & Entertainment products & services- Strong Communication and analytical skills, Effective interpersonal, leadership qualities- Workshop leadership and stakeholder management, including the ability to lead and steer discussions through to positive outcomes.- Flexible approach and highly self-motivated- Understanding of the Products & Services Life Cycle- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)- It will be recommended to have ITIL and eTOM understanding- Awareness of Business Process Management, modeling tools and techniques.
