**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for and ambitious and talented profile to join our **Legal Department** as **Junior Lawyer, **located at our headquarters in Madrid.
**KEY FUNCTIONS**:
- Draft, prepare and maintain corporate records, books and Minutes, being able to collaborate in any corporate transaction.
- Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, NDAs and templates.
- Helping with compliance and corporate governance obligations of the Group of Companies.
- Interest to develop and gain commercial and business law understanding.
- Organizational and communicative skills to advice and interact with different departments, business units, external counsels and jurisdictions.
**EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS**:
- Law Degree.
- Master in Corporate or Business Law will be desirable.
- Professional English level
- 1-2 years previous experience in similar positions in law firms or corporate legal department.
