**Product Owner - Lending**

**Ebury Madrid - 4 days in the office & 1 day working from home**

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for:

- Collaborate on the product strategy for Lending, focusing on subdomains such as Trade Finance, Fund Finance, and Sport Finance.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives within Lending, whilst identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes.
- Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in lending and Fintech that will guide Ebury's product decisions.
- Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral.
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the results.
- Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours to design and deliver successful product outcomes.
- Collaborate with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market and regulatory trends in Lending, using this knowledge to inform decisions.

**Expectations**:
You will have:

- A strong client focus, making decisions informed by client feedback.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.

Must Haves:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups.
- At least 3 years in a consulting or investment banking role, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank.
- Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts.
- A history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development.
- Domain knowledge or a keen interest in Payments, Lending, or FX.

Nice to Haves:

- Experience working in a high-growth or scale-environment
- Experience working with expertise across transactional banking, lending, payments and trade finance
