**Our Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Manager to join our international Business Technology Solutions organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for service management tasks in coordination with different teams to ensure compliance and continuous delivery following agile methodology.

**Your role**

**As an Application Manager your main responsibilities will be**:

- Optimize system performance through tuning, automation and capacity planning.
- Maintain technical documentation for assigned systems and write operational procedure and automation for system operation.
- Produce all their work on the basis of the methodology adopted for the service.
- Manage issues with the supplier.
- Ensure compliance with Zurich standards.
- Ensure proper service delivery through stakeholder relationship management.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an Application Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- University level education or equivalent
- Good experience with Cloud environments
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Team collaboration skills

**Technical skills**:

- AWS and/or Azure platform experience.
- SQL Server administration.
- Windows Server basic configuration and administration.
- Nice to have: ServiceDesk platforms as end user (tool: ServiceNow).
