Desde la división de Desarrollo, estamos buscando un/a Applications Manager para una importante empresa del industrial con sede en Barcelona. Será responsable de definir, liderar y asegurar la correcta evolución de las aplicaciones corporativas, garantizando que la arquitectura tecnológica, los desarrollos y las integraciones estén alineados con la estrategia empresarial. Actuará como enlace clave entre IT y las unidades de negocio , reportando directamente al CTO de la compañía. Convertirse en el punto de referencia entre las unidades de negocio y el área de IT, interpretando sus necesidades y transformándolas en iniciativas tecnológicas. Establecer la planificación estratégica y el marco de evolución de las aplicaciones de la compañía. Asegurar la coherencia entre SAP, CRM, BI y el resto de plataformas, garantizando su integración y funcionamiento conjunto. Planificar y priorizar las solicitudes relacionadas con aplicaciones , así como organizar los recursos necesarios para su ejecución. Participar en la implantación y mejora de soluciones de Business Intelligence, impulsando la explotación del dato. Coordinar desarrollos y proyectos en diferentes plataformas , incluyendo soluciones low-code. Contribuir al despliegue e integración de soluciones vinculadas a SAP. Supervisar la construcción de APIs, conectores y mecanismos de integración entre sistemas internos y externos. Colaborar estrechamente con proveedores y equipos internos para garantizar configuraciones, desarrollos y despliegues exitosos. Requisitos y Formación: Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Técnica, Superior o estudios equivalentes en Informática. Se valorará formación adicional como MBA. Nivel alto de español e inglés , imprescindible para interactuar con equipos y partners internacionales. Experiencia sólida en posiciones similares dentro de entornos SAP. Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de Business Intelligence y análisis de datos. Haber desempeñado funciones en empresas multinacionales . Conocimiento y experiencia desarrollando soluciones low-code. Participación en proyectos de implementación de CRM y herramientas de atención al cliente. Familiaridad con metodologías DevOps, pruebas de calidad y ciclo de vida completo de aplicaciones. Experiencia en la gestión de proveedores, contratos y servicios tecnológicos. Contrato indefinido en cliente final, sin consultoras ni intermediarios de por medio. Formar parte de empresa con presencia internacional, en plena transformación digital. Tener impacto en negocio, siendo el principal socio del Director de Tecnología. Salario competitivo, en función del perfil y experiencia aportada.
