**El rol**:
Actualmente nos encontramos buscando** Site Reliability Engineer** altamente capacitado y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, combinarás tu experiência en desarrollo de software e ingeniería de sistemas para construir y mantener sistemas confiables, escalables y eficientes. Desempeñarás un papel fundamental en garantizar la disponibilidad, el rendimiento y la resiliencia de nuestra plataforma, permitiendo experiências de usuario fluidas y apoyando el crecimiento del negocio.

**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Diseñar, implementar y mantener sistemas e infraestructuras altamente disponibles.
- Desarrollar soluciones escalables para soportar el crecimiento del tráfico y la expansión del negocio.
- Automatizar tareas operativas manuales para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir errores.
- Construir y optimizar pipelines de CI/CD para implementaciones más rápidas y confiables.
- Monitorear el rendimiento del sistema y abordar proactivamente posibles problemas.
Implementar y mantener sistemas robustos de monitoreo, alertas y registro de eventos.
- Garantizar una visibilidad completa del estado y rendimiento del sistema.
- Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para incorporar principios de confiabilidad y escalabilidad en el diseño del software.
- Promover e implementar las mejores prácticas en DevOps, infraestructura como código (IaC) y optimización de rendimiento.
- Optimizar los costos de la nube y de la infraestructura mientras se mantiene el rendimiento y la confiabilidad del sistema.

**Lo que te hará triunfar**:

- Experiência comprobada como SRE, ingeniero DevOps o en un rol similar.
- Experiência demostrable en programación con Python.
- Sólidos conocimientos de plataformas en la nube (por ejemplo, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experiência práctica con herramientas de monitoreo y observabilidad (por ejemplo, Prometheus, Grafana, pila ELK).
- Experiência práctica con pipelines de CI/CD y herramientas de automatización (por ejemplo, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
- Experiência práctica con herramientas de IaC como Terraform o CloudFormation.
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y análisis de fallos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración
