KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully passed the GCE O/L, A/L examinations and having good computer literacy with the ability to work with MS office package (Excel/word/Power point).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience related to administration or operations and knowledge on SAP system would be an added advantage.
- Possess good communication skills in both Sinhala and English and previous experience in sales operation would be an added advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work long hours when required.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the admin operation function while supporting the admin and sales teams.
- Maintain healthy operation process to manage regular issues arise through SAP, IT and network, finance and the parts sales dealers while attending the operational issues arise in the parts operation.
- Attend to clear dealer commissions and handle the document and payment releasing of used bike function.
- Entire coordination for operational matters of the division with the other internal departments and support admin sales work whenever required for their operational matters.
