You will lead technical deliveries with your product teams and participate in the respective workstreams together with the business counterparts to ensure a successful delivery & enablement. Therefore, he/she assumes responsibility for assigned projects and stream, driving the day-to-day transformation, and supporting the road to S/4 HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform for standardization and simplification. PURPOSE: - Our tech hub in Zaragoza is providing the technical solutions to the fast growth adidas digital business. We create the vision, design, build and operate everything related to digital B2C business, or internal solutions, for adidas. From online web and mobile stores, to digital marketing, to internal products used during product creation lifecycle. - Customer is at the core of everything we do. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - You will be part of the SAP Cloud and Frontend team on the tech side to build, operate and especially innovate the SAP Business Technology Platform adoption in key area. - You will be part of the overall program for the S/4 HANA transformation on the tech side. - You will be part of a BTP Center of Excellence, driving initiatives, managing BTP subaccounts, and shaping the roadmap of our product team. - Architect, develop and implement projects based on proven development methodologies for SAP BTP, and other modern Cloud Development Frameworks on hyperscalers. - Automate processes and BTP management activities via scripting. - Ensure the adherence of Standards, Security requirements and SAP Best Practices. - Quality review of the content delivered by our 3rd party vendors and improvement of our Quality Gates. - Define and ensure internal SAP BTP guidelines to bring consistency. - Define internal development guidelines and best practices for performant custom Cloud apps running on BTP. - Share the knowledge, guidelines, and best practices within the SAP community at adidas. - Operate and improve our development lifecycle and toolset. - Participate in Projects and provide clear Status Updates on Milestones. - Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party Vendors. - You will be part of our bigger Tech community and can actively contribute here. - Technical support and consulting across all projects. This includes the following topics: - Application architecture definition on BTP - Performance optimization support - Ensure proper documentation and communication. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - College or university degree with focus on IT or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Min. 5 years of IT experience. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent English skills (verbal and written). - Required technical skills: - Hands - On development experience with SAP BTP for min. 4-5 years - Know-how of CI/CD and QA processes and related toolset (Git, CI servers, linting, source code analysis,) - Know-how of SAP CAP, Node.JS, SAPUI5 - Know-how of HANA Cloud - Know-how of scripting automation - In depth knowledge of SAP BTP security services - In depth knowledge of oData - Strict License, Contract and Vendor Management - Nice to have technical skills: - Hands-on experience with administration of Atlassian Tools - Know-how of Cloud native services using technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, serverless functions, APIs, and Kafka - Know-how of Cloud Integration and SAP API Management - Know-how of AI services on BTP and SAP Joule enablement - Problem solving skills and hands-on attitude. - Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). - Growth mindset, continuous learning, always growing and improving.
