JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Hotel Chain Controller is focused on ensuring the accomplishment and follow up the regional chains targets in terms of rappel and investments in marketing, as well as accounting for the results of large supplier volume consolidation agreements.
Support to the YM & CM
**Responsibilities**:
- Weekly extraction of economic data warning of possible deviations on the targets. Sending follow-up reports to the chains.
- Ensure effective positioning (good competitiveness, availability, agreements with supplier income )
- Responsible for the whole procedure of creation of new hotels and its follow up.
- Reporting & Analysis.
- Preparation of several reports extracted from internal tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Atlas) to identify possible weak spots in the contracted conditions to be improved.
- Monitoring and control of campaigns, designing marketing actions for each chain and results tracking
- In charge of reconciliation and closing of the SI and MK with the chains
- Assures by daily monitoring that the G&D and supplier volume consolidation product (hotels) reaches the maximum results in terms of profit
- Identifying Business Opportunities in terms of new product, campaigns or any other in coordination with Contracting Manager
- Regular reporting to Regional Manager on actions taken and results
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a position with similar experience
- Native or bilingual level of the local language. Advanced level of English could be a plus.
- University degree (Tourism will be desirable) or vocational training in travel agencies
