Do you have experience in the field of (international) commercial law, labor law, intellectual property law, and do you like to negotiate commercial (lease) contracts in a international environment?**

- What will you be doing?_
- Drafting of _and_ advising on commercial proposals/contracts.
- You are involved in conducting legal/commercial correspondence as well as negotiating contracts together with your commercial colleagues.
- You keep close track on relevant changing laws and (international) regulations.
- You are prepared to act as general secretary of the Management Board.
- You have close contact with colleagues from the various departments within AIM Sport. This makes your work versatile and challenging.
- Your profile:_
- Completed Master Degree in law
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in commercial law, intellectual property and trade law, labour,
- Knowledge of the leasing business and international tax law is appreciated
- Accurate, capable of maintaining an overview
- Honest and solution oriented
- Good communication skills (talking and writing) in English is prerequisite
- Sufficient level of humor and ability to put things into perspective
