**What you will enjoy doing**
- Member of the Regional SHEQ Team you will take over the direct responsibilities for Transport Safety activities supporting the development and deployment of transport safety standards, tools, programs, training and performance analysis in the region REW. You will ensure that the Region complies with corporate transport safety standards and policies and ultimately supporting all Business Units improving and sustaining their performance.
- You’ll be the primary focal point for transport safety matters in the region providing consulting support, expertise and recommendations, contact point for EMEA and Global SHEQ
- Key contributor and in some cases, the facilitator of risk assessments, you will have to lead and / or participate on Distribution Safety reviews to ensure adequate safeguards and recommend additional safeguards as required
- You’ll be in charge together with are functions to search and looking for technologies to prevent driving incidents and lead or participate on distribution and vehicle incidents investigation and specially Root Cause Analysis depending on severity ensuring learnings are shared across the region
- Develop and run regional audit programs and support Business Units on improving their local programs and technical skills
- Always aware of and understand transport safety related regulations, both externally and internally, in order to recommend optimal solutions to comply

**What makes you great**
- Use independent judgment and discretion in problem-solving and decision making and excellent organization skills with attention to detail to manage workload in a timely manner
- University degree (Master or equivalent)
- Having 8 to 10 years work experience in Gas, Petrochemicals or related industries possibly in international companies with cross boarder responsibilities and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to distribution/ logistic
- Knowledge and experience on risk analysis
- You are Fluent in English language (minimum C2), German, French & Spanish language will be considered as a plus
