We are seeking a Health & Safety Manager who is passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and thriving workplaces. You will be the go-to expert for all things safety, working across teams to ensure people, processes, and places align with the highest standards of health and safety.Please note: the role is based in Barcelona, Spain.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver workplace health and safety plans aligned with legal and ethical standards.Policy leadership: prepare, implement, and champion policies that foster a proactive safety culture.Compliance navigator: provide expert guidance to meet or exceed local, regional, and company-wide safety regulations.Risk assessor: evaluate procedures, practices, and facilities to identify risks and ensure legal compliance.Incident investigator: lead investigations into workplace incidents and uncover root causes.Data steward: maintain accurate safety records and use data to drive continuous improvement.Educator and advocate: organize and deliver engaging training sessions that empower employees to prioritize safety.Collaborator: partner with managers and regulatory bodies to monitor compliance and address safety concerns.Advisor: be a trusted voice for employees, offering clear guidance on safety policies and training opportunities.QualificationsExperience in a similar Health & Safety role with a solid understanding of legal H&S guidelines and compliance frameworks. A Master’s degree in Health & Safety or a closely related field is preferred.Business fluency in English and Spanish.Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk through data and observation.Data and documentation proficiency: experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to produce reports, analyze data, and develop safety policies and procedures.Process-oriented with experience designing, revising, and implementing safety processes and procedural documentation.Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities.Clear communicator: ability to explain complex safety concepts to colleagues at all levels, including leadership.Compliance champion with proactive approach to continuous improvement.Detail-oriented with strong observation skills to identify and address safety risks.Eligible to work in Spain.What We OfferStarting date: June 2025.Working hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week).Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.24 holiday days per year.Location: Barcelona, Spain.Employee Assistance Program: Free, confidential guidance and support.Option to sign up for discounted private health insurance.Referral program: Refer a friend and receive a referral bonus.Access to specialized LinkedIn training courses.Employee Benefits Club with exclusive perks and rewards.Ongoing training and development in a high-growth environment. xsgfvud About UsAt CPM, we foster a culture of care, curiosity, and achieving together.
