We are currently seeking to recruit a Performance Media Buyer for our Barcelona office.

**The Role**:
You will be part of a fast-growing innovative project in the mobile landscape, one of the fastest evolving and most exciting sectors of the online industry. As a Performance Media Buyer, you will develop marketing campaigns that will drive traffic to our mobile products. You will have to create strategies and campaigns in Google and Social Ads as well as on other platforms, develop the accounts, test new concepts, and analyze a list of defined KPIs.

**You have**:
Interest in online, mobile, and new media. You are a proactive person with strong communication skills, analytically minded, and good with statistics.
- BS in digital marketing, digital advertising, or similar.
- 1-2 years experience in the mobile advertising industry. Experience managing mobile app campaigns is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience managing Google and Social Ads campaigns and their Ads Management tools. You must be used to managing a good amount of campaigns/ads accounts through different platforms, simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills. We take data-driven decisions.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of different business models (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc).
- Strong knowledge of different ad formats, bidding, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Experience with A/B & Multivariate advertisement testing.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (such as DV360) is a plus.
- Fluent English, written and spoken (other languages are a plus).
- Very advanced use of Excel, formulas, pivot tables, etc.

**Your tasks**:
You will work under the responsibility of the Head of Advertising, and be directly responsible for managing the following tasks:

- Create, launch and optimize campaigns for mainstream mobile products (direct carrier billing offers, mobile apps, card payment products).
- Analyze search trends, and help the production team fine-tune each product accordingly.
- Be able to set up ad support analytics and conversion tracking.
- Be able to dissect existing campaigns that are not working and make the necessary changes to achieve positive results.
- Compile and organize website traffic data using tracking tools.
- Identify key insights and generate regular reports for the team.
- Monitor daily results and improve the performance of KPIs.
- Report back to management and team members on results and any issues.
- Help to improve each product by providing feedback to the development team.
- Ensure that the campaigns perfectly suit the needs of the products promoted.
- Monitor competitors' activities in terms of keywords ranking.
- Weekly and monthly reports.
