**Responsibilities**:
- You define, develop, promote & adapt the category strategy to the different channels to support business priorities
- You lead, define, follow up & post-mortem of the promo calendar in order to extract learnings for improvement
- You lead, define, review & follow up of the trade policy
- You will be the responsible to carry out category management projects with retailers to drive category growth
- Supporting the field team requirements in order to attain The Perfect Store
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 2/3 years of functional experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management in FMCG company
- Experience in shopper behavior and -data
