**About the position**

The mission of this role is to improve Category Management through **Optimized revenues **across our **products and customers **ensuring **right** **pricing, assortment, promo effectiveness** and **perfect in store execution.**

Main responsibilities include ideation, design, and implementation of the trade marketing and customer plans across general trade, modern trade, and alternative channels. You also collaborate with the brand team to activate the brand effectively inside the stores, aligning with brand objectives and strategy.

You develop customized channel and customer sales strategies, establishing sales and profitability targets in line with the brand strategy and lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, annual business plans, and monthly customer, category, and brand development plans to meet both supplier and retailer targets.

As Category and Trade Marketing Manager, you manage the entire trade budget from gross to net, taking full P&L responsibility as well as monitor and analyze category/channel, competition, and consumer market data (Nielsen, etc.) to identify business opportunities.

You lead net revenue management projects to design optimal size, pricing, portfolio, and planogram strategies.

You conduct pre
- and post-evaluations for the effectiveness and efficiency of promotions, designing optimal promotion strategies for each customer and SKU.

Support in the execution of the trade marketing strategy for all brands in each channel together with marketing, sales, finance, supply and logistic departments is also one of the main responsibilities.

In this role, you lead the execution of brands activation in point of sales and do the properly post-activation analysis to recommend future improvements and support on definition of promotional plan and Promo efficiency analysis, focus on trade terms and promo expenses analysis customer by customer to ensure sustainable growth (ROI impact and %GM).

Our Category and Trade Marketing Manager helps marketing, trade and sales teams to design and execute right pricing strategies and also guarantees right field Execution with our external team fully dedicated to Upfield.

You conduct weekly analysis of key health parameters: Out of stocks, pricing, distribution, promos, competitors.

Additionally, you do the monthly analysis of category Nielsen data, customers datasharing (together with KAMs).

Last but not least, you are the owner of Trade team budget, to ensure best reporting and use of our resources.
