Listing Agent Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new business opportunities in terms of the latest properties and developments on the market.
- Conduct showings of your listings for pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents and marketing to convert them into new business deals.
- Respond to all enquities from your sellers prompty.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched.
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create your new listing via the MLS system, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales.
- Offer and sell to option to upgrade to professional photography
- Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible
- Attend closing processes to provide support to the seller when appropriate

Listing Agent Requirements:

- At least one year of work experience in real estate environment
- A real passion for the real estate industry
- Capable of using the Resales Online system to add your listings
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- You must be target driven and motivated by success.
