Are you a experienced and passionate property listing agent looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and want to help you succeed? Responsibilities Contacting property owners who have shown interest, visiting and evaluating properties for sale. Using creativity and drive to find both seller and properties for sale. Preparing listing agreements and building long‑term customer relationships. Qualifications Worked as a Listing Agent in Costa del Sol before. Driven and loves to do business. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions. Customer‑focused, values good collaboration with colleagues, other offices, and partners, good organizing skills, and building relationships. Driver’s license, own car, fluent Spanish and English; local knowledge between Malaga and Estepona is a bonus. Skilled photographer is an added advantage. Benefits A nice office in Dôna Lola, next to Riviera del Sol, in the middle of Costa del Sol. Small fixed salary and good commission. Full or part time possible. Computer and mobile phone.
