**Mission **Position **and** **Organisational** **Context**
To provide an excellent service and patient treatment during **European Night-time**, we are searching for an **Operations Administrator based in Barcelona.** The working hours are initially from Monday to Friday (possible weekends shifts in future) between 00:00- 08.00 (midnight to 8am CET).
This role reports directly to the Medical Case Manager Team Leader. Teleradiology is the business of providing radiology reports from remote. Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), a Unilabs company, is one of the world’s largest providers of teleradiology.

**Role** **and Responsibilities**
**Liaise directly with hospital staff at European night-time** - to discuss incoming cases and at the same time you handle communication between hospital staff and TMC radiologists.
**Ensure** - that all the cases which are going to be examined include essential clinical information and full set of images and that they are prepared in the most appropriate manner to ensure effective reporting by the radiologist.

**heck** - the response times and make sure we comply with the company KPIs.
**O**
**versee reviewing incoming data** - provided by the hospitals and requesting any missing information. You manage certain statistics, provide support with audits and deal with cases (data entry and preparation of cases, distribution of radiology reports).
**I**
**nform** - our Key Account Managers about any problems or anomalies in workflow, so they can provide accurate feedback to the clients.
**Required **Education, **Experience, Knowledge, Skills**
**Previous** experience** - in the medical sector is preferred, but not essential.
**Language skills** - As TMC is a multinational and diverse company and our company language is English, you need to demonstrate an advanced level of written and spoken English. Fluent Swedish and/or Danish language skills are a requirement.
