**What are we looking for?**

As we are expanding our services in Sweden, we are looking to build up a new team of
**Client Administrators** in Operations,
**working afternoon and**
**/or**
**nights**.

The Operations team ensures that the service of teleradiology is running smoothly. The job consists in making sure all radiological examinations that our client hospitals send to us are processed correctly, by doing administrative tasks in our systems and managing phone communication with the Swedish hospital staff. This position is a customer care position, with focus on patient care within healthcare.

You will work in a team of 6-8 colleagues, all with native Swedish and Danish language skills, some are based in Barcelona or surroundings (we offer flexibility in locations) and others are based in Sweden, Denmark, Faroe Islands and Australia.

The work environment is fully digital, we will provide a laptop and screens and you can work either from the office or from home.

Your benefits:

- ** Salary** (for fulltime)**: Competitive Salary plus 10% bonus at start, the bonus will increase depending on company results, 40 h per week. Possibility to do parttime as well, we are flexible
- ** Working hours**: Monday to Friday 14-22, or 16-24, or 22.00 to 08.00. We are looking for staff to cover all those shifts, either as a fixed shift or as a rotating schedule where you work 2 weeks per shift. Weekends may be included in the future.
