You join the sales team in charge of development of telesales, of direct sales and of partnership activities with other IT players to offer innovative services to their customers.

As Account Sales Manager, you will support business development by building a long-term relationship with your customer portfolio. You will implement a sales strategy for your customers, taking into account their needs and expectations. You will also ensure they are satisfied with the products and solutions offered.

**#Missions**

**Implement a sales strategy for a portfolio of middle-market customers, taking into account their needs and expectations**
- Carry out information monitoring (news, priorities, strategy...) on all customers assigned to you in order to identify their issues, constraints and goals and thereby support the lifecycle of the account
- Continuously analyse the market, its evolution and competitor activity; benchmarking
- Implement the portfolio management strategy
- Evaluate revenue streams and determine financial projections according to the business opportunities identified

**Support business development for a portfolio of middle-market customers and prospects and build a long-term relationship with these customers**
- Ensure business development and growth for the customers assigned to you
- Conduct a detailed needs analysis and lead the sales response until the customer’s final decision
- Evaluate, reference and optimize business opportunities with the help of the CRM tool
- Centralize all customer information in the CRM tool
- Transfer projects to operational teams and monitor these projects from a sales perspective
- Review and respond to public and private calls for bids, or entrust them to an OVH partner

**Ensure customer satisfaction with the products and solutions offered**
- Ensure the management and monitoring of customer relationships

- You have relevant experience in similar role
- You have knowledge of IT sector

- You have excellent interpersonal and negociation skills with a strong ability to create and maintain long term relationships with customers.
