**Proach **selecciona un/a Customer Service Representative para empresa internacional que se dedica al diseño, fabricación y comercialización de compuestos termoplásticos en Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
Su **misión** será gestionar la operativa comercial desde la entrada de pedidos hasta la facturación, asegurando la atención al cliente en condiciones de venta, condiciones de pago, resolución de reclamaciones, seguimiento del crédito, etc., con el objetivo de dar el servicio requerido al cliente, y de controlar que el cliente cumple con sus obligaciones.
Entre sus principales responsabilidades estarán:
- Gestionar la entrada de pedidos y plazos de entrega.
- Dar asistencia administrativo-comercial al cliente, resolviendo cuestiones relativas a condiciones de pago, condiciones de venta, facturación, etc.
- Coordinar entregas de pedidos en colaboración con planificación y logística.
- Emitir facturación de acuerdo con las condiciones y tarifas de cada cliente.
- Transmitir las necesidades del cliente a la organización.
Se ofrece:
- Horario partido con cierta flexibilidad de entrada y salida, viernes jornada intensiva de 7 a 14h.
- Posibilidad de teletrabajo 1 día a la semana.

**Requisitos**:
- **
Formación**: Grado universitario en ADE o CFGS.
- **Conocimientos**: Valorable conocimientos de SAP.
- ** Experiência**: Experiência en posición similar en el departamento comercial.
- ** Idiomas**: Inglés hablado y escrito (lo utilizará para comunicarse con otras plantas del Grupo así como con la central en EEUU).
- **Competencias**: pensamos en una persona con habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, habilidades interpersonales, capacidad de planificación, autocontrol y orientación al cliente.
