- **Contract**: Temporary contract of 6 months
- **Bonus system**: Performance-based (no sales involved)
- **Weekly hours**: Choose your schedule: 32, 34, 36, or 39 hours per week
- **Training**: 1 week of full-time, paid theoretical training
- **Hybrid work model**: If you live within 50 km of Alicante, you’ll be required to work on-site during the first 3 months. After a review with the team leads, you may be eligible to switch to a hybrid model (2-3 days per week in the office).
- **Remote work model**: You can also choose to work 100% remotely - but only if you live more than 50 km from Alicante and reside on mainland Spain.

**Join Transcom as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative**

All interactions are inbound - there is no sales involved. You handle conversations in your style, with a script available for support when needed. Together, we solve every issue - from simple to more complex questions.

You don’t need to be a tech expert; the most important thing is that you genuinely enjoy helping people and are motivated to provide outstanding service. And you won’t be alone - you’ll have access to a knowledge base, the right tools, and a team of supportive colleagues you can count on.

**To be successful in this role, the following is required**:

- **Language skills**: Dutch as a native language and a good level of English (minimum C1)
- **Working hours:

- **Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00- Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00- Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00
- **Availability:

- **You’re available at least five days per week, alternating between morning and evening shifts every other week-In a month with 5 weekends, you’ll be scheduled for 3 weekends (2 weekends off)
- **Important**: Time off or holidays during the contract period are not allowed - full availability is required
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Problem-solving ability and stress resilience
- Basic knowledge of computers and office tools
- Customer-oriented and proactive mindset
- A team player with a positive attitude
