As a Senior Security Engineer at Verisk, you’ll be a vital part of our cybersecurity team, ensuring the protection of Verisk’s technology assets. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a robust security posture and safeguarding critical systems. Tasks include:
**Qualifications** Requirements**:
- Professional certifications in cybersecurity and cloud technology. Preferred Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK); AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associated; AWS Certified Security - Specialty.
- Industry apprenticeship training and work experience and/or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related degree from an accredited university.
- Technical and working knowledge of cyber security foundations including security reference architectures.
- 5+ years work experience as a Cloud/ IT architect, DevSecOps role or Security Engineer with proven experience working in Cloud Environments (AWS is preferred) (Azure and GCP desired)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
