Event Planner, Europe

The Opportunity:

The Event Planner, Europe is responsible for the execution and coordination of all regional and local events to help deliver results against business objectives and priorities. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that will bring the Avantor brand experience to life to support business segment and corporate priorities and objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree combined with extensive experience in corporate events management, or related agency experience with a successful track record in event and tradeshow organization, coordination and execution
- Solid experience in matrix organizations and exposure to business operations across multiple European countries
- Ability to develop and execute event strategies aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills to oversee logístical components of regional and local events.
- Collaborative mindset to work with various stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout event planning and management.
- Capacity to evaluate event performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Fluent in English and either German or French, with additional EU language skills being a plus.
