The Franchise Management team is a transversal function within the Global Equities business. Its mission is to enable the sustainable growth, and strategic alignment of the global equities department by steering cross-functional initiatives, supporting governance frameworks and facilitating the definition and implementation of the strategic vision and direction of the Investment Solutions business.

**Key responsibilities of the position**:
**1. Strategic and Operational Support**:
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of strategic workshops: collecting - inputs, drafting documentation, and supporting delivery of outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, resource planning, and distribution of financial targets.
- Track the progress of strategic initiatives and prepare executive reports.
**2. Analysis, reporting and performance monitoring**:
- Gather, clean, and analyze commercial, financial, and performance-related data.
- Develop dashboards and reporting materials for senior management.
- Monitoring and communication of the progress of key strategic initiatives.
- Monitoring of commercial and financial performance.
We are seeking a high-potential junior professional to join the Investment Solutions Franchise Management team.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 1- 3 years of experience in business consulting, investment banking, financial planning, or similar fields.
- Strong academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Analytical skills and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Committed, rigorous, detail-oriented attitude combined with ability to show initiative.
- Complete fluency in English and Spanish.
