**Basic qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/ Masters degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CSR, Corporate Affairs or related domains
- Experience working with constituent groups including non-profit organisations and employee volunteering programmes.
- Excellent project management and financial administration skills
- Excellent communications skills

Key job responsibilities

- Collaborate with partner organizations and key stakeholders to understand community needs, build relationships and collaborate on impactful outcomes.
- Design and execute InCommunites programs and socially impactful initiatives. Provide vision for the sustainable community engagement initiatives across the region, and manage these initiatives with extreme attention to detail and a high bar for quality. - Managing complex community issues on the ground.
- Proactively address internal and external issues that pose reputational risks to AWS and business objectives.
- Be the point of contact for community-centric issues and help design impactful solutions.
- Support community based assessments for new sites in the region, identify potential community related risks and develop a community engagement plan to proactively mitigate the risks.
- Communicate the positive social impact of InCommunities programs internally and externally.
- Represent AWS Infrastructure publicly in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Utilize multiple communications channels to drive employee awareness and involvement in community engagement initiatives.
- Think strategically in order to scale InCommunities programming as AWS business grows in new areas within Spain and other countries covered by the role.
- Capture data to demonstrate community engagement’s quantified and qualified impact on AWS Infrastructure operations, its employees, and the community, and communicate these values internally and externally.
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, real estate, energy, water, sustainability, construction, human resources, legal, public policy, and public relations to deliver results.
- Be physically on-the-ground in locations and participate actively in the work that in needed in the region.

- Collaboration - partner with internal stakeholders on environmental stewardship and sustainability projects to support the organisations climate and environmental ambitions. Work closely with colleagues in public policy and sustainability to ensure a comprehensive AWS narrative in external engagements with local authorities and community stakeholders.
