PURPOSE:
Support the day-to-day operations of the sourcing team. The goal is to provide support to business units in conjunction with the Sourcing Managers to drive productivity savings and increase efficiency and effectiveness for ATD companies and support third-party relationships. Responsibilities of the Sourcing Analyst are diverse allowing them to learn all aspects of strategic sourcing, including how to lead sourcing initiatives.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
**Experience**:

- 2 years of general business experience ideally in an environment that requires working on large projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- 2 years of Project management or equivalent experience managing large complex projects
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge
- Word and PowerPoint skills
- Experience handling multiple concurrent projects

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

Additional Qualifications preferred
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communications skills, both oral and written with the ability to articulate factors of complex situations
- Ability to balance deadlines of day-to-day tasks, projects, and interruptions due to urgent or time-sensitive issues
