**The Challenge**:

- OneTrust is currently looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our Global Source-to-Pay organization and support our Strategic Sourcing function. Our team helps maximize value from OneTrust's vendor relationships and ensures our internal business partners across various business units and functions have the products, tools, and services they need to succeed.

**Your Mission**:

- Support contract reviews and negotiations across all 3rd party spend categories to ensure OneTrust secures favorable business terms which include cost reduction and process improvements.
- Specific project tasks may include market research & analysis, data collection/management, cost modeling, RFx coordination, supplier communications, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
- Support spend management projects that accomplish key objectives. Those objectives may include savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation & management, risk reduction & management, improved transparency & control of expenditures.
- Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements.
- Coordinate QBRs with the supplier and the business to obtain optimal strategic outcomes
- Measure, handle and improve supplier performance against negotiated SLA s and quality metrics.
- Coordinate key vendor integration work streams of companies that OneTrust acquire, coordinate cross-functionally, and operate at ALL levels of the organization.
- Execute work streams to align the target company's vendor base to OneTrust's standards (e.g. renegotiating or consolidating supplier agreements, risk reviews, procure-to-pay onboarding, etc)
- Collaborate with and support the Third-Party Risk Management team in initial review and ongoing monitoring of vendor risk (Identify risks and issues and execute on plans to mitigate or prevent those risks).
- Support TPRM team in managing internal and external expectations during vendor risk assessments.
- Act as the external-facing representative for OneTrust for vendor communications during risk assessments.
- Collaborate as needed with each and every person in the organization in a personable, approachable manner.
- Support internal customers by facilitating accurate and favorable transactions, and on-going supplier management and accountability
- Communicate with Business Partners, coworkers and management in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of 'Customer Focus' attitude.

**You Are**:

- BA/BS preferably with an analytical focus (Business, Economics, Accounting or Engineering)
- Minimum of 4+ years relevant experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests at the same time
- Process-oriented: able to develop playbooks and frameworks for due diligence
- Experienced at developing and executing negotiation strategies
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to dissect problems
- Demonstrated data guided approach to solving problems
- Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiation
- Experience analyzing data and making recommendations on sourcing opportunities
