**Account Management Internship**

**Barcelona, Spain**

**Essential Details**
- Internship Duration: Our internship program will be 9 weeks, with a start date of June 3rd, and ending July 31st.
- Hybrid Work Schedule: Work remotely on Mondays and join us in the office Tuesdays - Thursdays with no work on Fridays - enjoy your 3-day weekend
- Office Location: Join us at our vibrant & amazing office, located in the centre of Barcelona, next door to Barcelona Cathedral
- Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Spain
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain with no relocation required

As a Boats Group Account Management intern, you will develop hands-on experience in customer relationship management, data analysis, and digital business operations while gaining insight into the boating industry. **Over the summer, you'll work on projects, tackle daily tasks, and work collaboratively with our team. In general, your responsibilities will include**:
**Data Management**
- Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce CRM, NetSuite, and BoatWizard.
- Verify and collect customer data for compliance and internal documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of CRM data, including contact and lead management.
- Validate and correct content on Boats Group platforms to maintain high-quality listings.

**Account Management & Sales**
- Assist in customer meetings and account review preparation.
- Identify customer needs and potential upsell opportunities.
- Support the management of OEM accounts, including prospecting list updates.
- Help track customer engagement metrics and performance indicators.
- Assist with translations based on required languages.
- Build and update prospecting lists from OEMs and competitors.
- Help create customer case studies, analyze problems, and propose solutions.

**We know you're just starting your career. But here are a few things that you should have to succeed in this internship**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, German, Dutch or Italian is a plus
- Interest in the boating industry and digital marketing business.
- Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and platforms
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
