**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Join Phiture as a Growth Lead and be at the forefront of driving both client success and company growth. Your role is pivotal in designing and implementing strategic marketing plans that seamlessly integrate performance marketing, ASO, and Retention strategies. As a leader in our specialized Growth Marketing team, your impact will extend beyond supervising team performance to fostering innovation, refining strategies, and ensuring client happiness. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Devise and implement tailored strategic marketing plans for clients and their apps, focusing on Performance Marketing and integrating ASO and Retention strategies.
- Supervise team performance to ensure high-quality deliverables and drive excellence in output.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Creative Leads, and Project Managers to create unified client strategies, informed by data insights from Analysts.
- Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement of strategies within the team and with clients.
- Guide and nurture the growth of Senior Consultants under your leadership.
- Closely monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive your team towards adopting innovative practices in performance marketing.
- Assist in expanding our client base through sales initiatives.
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team in a growth-oriented environment and 5 years of growth marketing experience
- Proven expertise in crafting and implementing successful growth strategies, especially in performance marketing.
- Strong experience in managing client relationships, demonstrating excellence in client communication and service.
- Exceptional knowledge in user acquisition and familiarity with various marketing channels, especially when it comes to app growth
- Understanding of Retention and CRM is a big plus
- Enthusiasm for leading performance marketing efforts in a team focused on performance marketing and ASO clients.
- Ability to collaborate with experienced Senior Growth Consultants on CRM or subscription optimization projects.
- Ready to join a small, elite group of five Growth Leads dedicated to integrated Performance Marketing, ASO, and Retention strategies.
