Barcelona, España Mode Mobile A tiempo completo

Sr. Product Manager - Emerging Mobile Apps (Remote) Mode Mobile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for the Emerging Mobile Apps business unit, focused on scaling, optimizing, and expanding newly acquired and organically developed mobile applications. This is a senior‑level, high‑ownership role for a proven product leader who combines business acumen, operational excellence, and user empathy. You will be responsible for integrating, optimizing, and scaling newly acquired mobile apps, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring that every product in our expanding portfolio contributes meaningfully to growth and profitability. You will work closely with the General Manager – Emerging Mobile Apps, cross‑functional teams, and executives to establish the roadmap, lead teams, and set the bar for world‑class product management. Our Team and Culture Our team is the heart of our culture. We value innovation, collaboration, and curiosity, and we are passionate about getting things done. We strive to hire and cultivate the best team members and foster a culture of open communication and transparency. We are driven and hard‑working but also committed to having fun along the way. We allow OKRs to guide us, assume positive intent, sometimes agree to disagree and commit, honor our commitments, seek to accomplish more with less, and encourage everyone to speak up as our team owns our company’s success. Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end integration and growth of newly acquired apps within the Mode Mobile ecosystem. Own business and product performance, including revenue, engagement, conversion, retention, and P&L outcomes. Develop strategic product‑feature roadmaps and drive execution from concept to scale by analyzing and implementing best‑in‑market trends and out‑of‑the‑box ideas. Build and mentor cross‑functional teams; serve as a role model and standard‑setter for product excellence. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Monetization, and Data teams to deliver value‑driven, measurable results. Establish frameworks for ongoing experimentation to drive further monetization and scalable growth. Partner with M&A, Finance, and Leadership to identify opportunities and shape post‑acquisition product strategies. Provide visibility into business performance and communicate results clearly to executive stakeholders. Qualifications A strategic, business‑minded product leader with deep understanding of P&L ownership and revenue drivers. A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and operates with high accountability in driving efficient product pipelines. Experienced leading product dev teams to drive engagement and impact on the product and business. Expert at balancing user value with business impact, ensuring that both scale together. Skilled at using data, A/B experimentation, and intuition to make the best possible decisions. A natural collaborator who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. What You Bring to the Team 7+ years of professional product management experience, including 3+ years of independently owning a product / business line. Proven experience managing products with P&L accountability and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience in mobile app ecosystems (utility, social, entertainment, or rewards/monetization) with understanding of subscription, IAP, and IAA monetization strategies. Demonstrated success integrating and scaling products post‑acquisition or within multi‑app portfolios. Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data tools such as Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and business performance dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing at the executive level. Alignment with our core values: Accountable: You take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating trustworthiness and self‑discipline. You are consistent in your work, transparent in your actions, and communicate effectively, following through on commitments and striving for continuous improvement. Action‑driven: Identify what is most important, agree on scope, execute in a timely manner, and drive the greatest impact. You take initiative, roll up your sleeves, and get things done. Caring: You genuinely care about yourself and others, our business and craft, our mission and vision, and are passionate in heart and mind. You understand the importance of our team and strive to create a positive, supportive work environment. Curious: You focus on the “why,” learn and expand your knowledge, explore new ideas, and generally make things better. You’re a lifelong learner with a thirst for knowledge and a constant desire to improve. Thorough: Your work is thoughtful, impactful, timely, accurate, and complete. You pay attention to detail, are meticulous, and ensure quality work and compliance. Why This Role Matters This role is critical to Mode’s continued expansion through M&A. You will serve as the operational and strategic bridge between newly acquired products and the New Emerging Mobile Apps business unit, ensuring seamless transitions, accelerated growth, and profitable outcomes. This position sets the standard for what great product management looks like, driving results, inspiring excellence, and building the playbook for future success.
