**We're looking for a Test Engineer to join our Timing** **team in Granada, Spain.**

**Our Technology**:
**The Position**:
As a test engineer engineer, you will be a key member of our Timing team in Granada, Spain. You will be involved in the maintenance and development of new features for our time and frequency distribution equipment.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You will have responsibility for understanding requirements, developing a project scheduling in innovation projects.
- We are all about improvement, so you will be able to identify improvement opportunities for product performance, efficiency and coverage.
- You will work with the latest and greatest in Resilient PNT and deterministic technologies
- Writing test plans and creating test cases for the products.
- Conducting quality assurance and designing performance tests using the new testing procedures.
- Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
- Writing up the final QA and test procedures for the quality technicians.
- Training the quality assurance staff and providing technical support when needed.
- Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
- Preparing test reports for management.

**What you Bring to Orolia**:

- Master’s Degree in Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Good written and dissemination skills in English.
- Knowledge of general software development, embedded Linux, software engineering, FPGA design, firmware modules, and Linux kernel driver development and debugging.
- Passion, energy, and high motivation to participate in International
- Capacity for teamwork, organization skills and autonomous work.
- Required experience in:

- Minimal experience required: 2 years
- Linux user and programmer: low level drivers, scripts, peripheral configurations, libraries.
- Embedded system/architecture programming: C/C++, Python, embedded Linux.
- Team player, ready to learn and proactive.
- Desirable experience in:

- Knowledge in tools such as Buildroot, Yocto, Petalinux, build and deploy Embedded Linux solutions.
- Knowledge of Robot testing framework.
- Knowledge in Timing system technologies: NTP, PTP, White Rabbit, MRF,...
- Control version using Git.
- Knowledge in SCRUM, JIRA or agile methodologies
