Service Business is crucial in the Alfa Laval Iberica´s growth strategy of as well as a critical driver for the Sales company Transformation. “We exist to accelerate the success of our customer, people and planet” is our company purpose and Service has huge contribution looking for the sustainability and highest performance of heat transfer processes.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and understand market insights and customers buying behaviors and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
- Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.
- Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, with multichannel perspective, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.

- A dynamic and proactive person, who really like to generate outstanding customer experiences, through a value selling based on customer needs.
- A person with genuine curiosity for business development and looking new opportunities in the market, based on deep market and data analysis.

- A person with good communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and team player.
Job requirements...
- Industrial Engineering degree (preferred) or similar
- Strong and solid commercial orientation with, preferably, at least 5 years’ experience in technical sales.
- We value heat transfer technology knowledge.
- Spanish, and English speaker
- Resident preferably in Madrid area
