IT Infrastructure Program Manager

As an** IT Infrastructure Program Manager**, you will ensure the successful delivery of Nucleus Internal Delivery Factory. You will manage all the internal delivery demand acting as an Internal Vendor accountable for the delivery roadmap agreed in the roll out, i.e. planning, analyse, design, build, test, data migration, deploy, liaising with IT Program Delivery Manager / Program Project Manager and Local Markets for the agreed AD.AM roadmap. For this, you will be the owner of the Dynamo program, having to maintain the relationship with the supplier and all the end-to-end LMs, drawing and understanding the roadmap as well as listening to his internal clients to incorporate new functionalities into it.

As an** IT Infrastructure Program Manager**, you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

Deployment of code across the development, pre-production and production chain during project activities. Delivery of code to Vodafone Operations where operation accountability should be already handed over.
- Ensure Design align to business and IT requirements, align through the allocated Factory team with Vodafone CoE, Delivery, Program and Business roles to assure sign off is achieved.
- Make sure that all what described in the relevant and approved design is clear and all the relevant documented approved requirements are delivered.
- Test preparation and execution: work with the appointed Test Lead manager to make sure that any deliverables is properly tested and validate prior handover to Vodafone IT Delivery and business for UAT,, verify the execution progresses as per plan and follow up with defect resolution status
- Deployment and Transition to Operations: work with appointed IT deployment manager to define the deployment plan and dependencies among all the work streams involved; support the knowledge transfer to Operations team and make sure that knowledge is properly transitioned and signed off.
- Control Delivery Factory Resources costs trend vs Scope during the allotted project timelines.
- Deliver the solution in the markets in scope within defined plan and budget
- Manage and control the technical delivery of the Vodafone CMS Factory
- Fully understand the delivery life cycle and steer continuously agile best practices and lean delivery methodologies of the Delivery Factory
- Represent Internal Delivery Factory team towards Vodafone Delivery Mgmt., Group Functions, Local Markets

**What do you bring?**
- Experience with system integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application Development, Data, Test, Deployment, Operations. Infrastructure, Connectivity)
- Experience in dealing with an international, multi-cultural and distributed team with complex reporting lines
- Ability to work in any country and to travel up to 4 days a week
- Presentation and communication skills will be required
- Project management and Agile understanding is a must
- Specific technical qualifications are not required but expertise and experience in system integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application Development, Data, Test, Deployment, Operations. Infrastructure, Connectivity) and Agile delivery (continuous Delivery, Integration, Testing)
- Understanding of cloud based solutions, data modelling and Data analysis would be important

- Experience in dealing with an international, multi-cultural and distributed team with complex reporting lines
- Ability to work in any country and to travel up to 4 days a week
