IT & Infrastructure Manager

We’re looking for an IT & Infrastructure Manager to join our team at our new opening in Madrid and oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of our IT networks, industrial control systems, and facility infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, security, and technological advancement across the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**IT & Network Administration**:

- Manage and optimize telecommunication networks, ensuring secure and efficient data transmission (Cisco certification is highly advantageous).
- Oversee server virtualization, including Hyper-V, VirtualBox, and VMware.
- Administer firewall systems, preferably with Fortinet experience.
- Configure and maintain WiFi systems, ensuring optimal performance through network design, propagation analysis, and antenna setup.
- Implement and maintain industrial control systems and IoT solutions.
- Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and manage Windows OS for users, Windows Servers, and Mac devices.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain printers, audiovisual systems, and conference room equipment.
- Track, document, and escalate IT support requests as necessary.
- Work closely with the Helpdesk team to identify recurring technical issues and develop preventive measures.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks across IT systems.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Provide Office365 environment administration and user support.

**Infrastructure & Facility Management**:

- Oversee general electrical components, including lighting, AC plugs, extension cords, and structured cabling.
- Manage and maintain air conditioning components.
- Ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems, including toilets, handwashers, and dishwashers.
- Handle general maintenance tasks as required.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical locks (magnetic, relay-based, and electronic systems).
- Manage and maintain sensor systems, including IR, motion, humidity, and temperature sensors.
- Work closely with industrial vendors and service providers to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Identify potential points of failure and ensure proactive maintenance of IT and facility infrastructure.
- Ensure logical configuration and integration of digital systems under the infrastructure department’s custody.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or industrial control systems management.
- Strong expertise in telecommunication networks, server virtualization, firewall management, and WiFi systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial control systems and IoT solutions.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, and HVAC systems.
- Experience with Office365 administration and IT support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and configure Windows OS, Windows Servers, and Mac devices.
- Familiarity with AV systems and conference room setup.
- Experience working with remote support tools to assist remote workers.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
