**Ingeteam**, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca un/a **PLM Technical** Expert para incorporarse al equipo del área funcional de Digitalization & IT en Sarriguren, Zamudio o Beasain.

**Misión**:Formar parte de la transformación digital de Ingeteam brindando soporte técnico y operativo, implementando soluciones evolutivas e innovadoras que optimicen la eficiencia de los procesos de negocio y las plantas de producción, asegurando la mejora continua y la adaptabilidad a los cambios del mercado y las necesidades organizacionales.

Entre sus principales **retos** cabe destacar el trabajo vinculado a:

- Administrar y optimizar herramientas de gestión y diseño como PLM Teamcenter y Solid Edge, aumentando la eficiencia de procesos clave.
- Coordinar y gestionar incidencias y soporte a usuarios, centralizando el conocimiento técnico.
- Gestionar globalmente la implementación de nuevos requerimientos y evolutivos, analizando y traduciendo las necesidades en requisitos del sistema, y gestionando los nuevos desarrollos en la herramienta o aplicaciones relacionadas.
- Garantizar el correcto uso y actualización de herramientas, alineadas con los procesos.
- Detectar y resolver errores, proponiendo mejoras y aplicando las mejores prácticas en digitalización
- Colaborar con proveedores, liderar foros de usuarios y brindar formaciones técnicas
- Ser un referente en la mejora continua de procesos productivos y digitales

**Requisitos**
- Ingeniería superior o formación técnica relacionada.
- Inglés mínimo B2 (herramienta implementada en inglés).
- Experiência técnica con herramientas de diseño de producto y PLM, especialmente Teamcenter y Solid Edge.
- El perfil del puesto demanda una persona proactiva, con capacidad de trabajar en equipo, con flexibilidad, con habilidades de comunicación, con alta capacidad de aprendizaje y resolución de problemas.

- Conocimientos avanzados en integración de Teamcenter con Solid Edge.
- Conocimientos avanzados en módulos de Teamcenter (“Clasificación”, “Configurador de producto” y “Active Workspace”).
