Strategy Analyst Trainee

We are currently looking for a **Strategy Analyst Trainee **who wants to join our team. You will help us in generating the seeds of the revenue stream for our commercial force and supporting internal reporting across the organization and, if your performance is great, you will have the oportunity to extend your internship or even join the team, so keep reading if it sounds interesting

**What will you do?**

As mentioned, you will be responsible for generating the seeds of the revenue stream for our commercial force and supporting internal reporting across the organization. In order to achieve this, you will help us with the following:
Sales Segmentation
- Enrichment of the contact information database
- Support in the execution of sales campaigns
- _ e.g._ Enrichment of company data for ABM campaigns
- Preparation of tender information for the commercial team
- Analysis of different segmentation campaigns and preparation of proposals and performance for the committee
- Support in other key tasks of the Sales department
- _ e.g._ Segmentation of companies such as suppliers of supermarket chains

Sales CRM
- Be the gatekeeper of CRM hygiene and assurance of best practices
- _ e.g._ Check whether companies, deals and contacts are associated with each other
- Enrichment of basic data of existing companies in CRM platform
- _ e.g._ Completion of company data with third party sources such as SABI
- Maintenance and update of reporting dashboards

Internal reports
- Update and maintenance of internal reporting across the organization from Sales to Operations
- _ e.g._ Weekly update of portfolio report

In doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap’s long-term growth plans

**Who will you be working with?**

You will partner closely with our Strategy Associate and with the Sales team, but you will be helping and developing yourself side by side with the rest of colleagues across Madrid and Barcelona. A young and dynamic team that’s waiting for you with arms open

**You are the right fit if you**:

- Are based in Barcelona
- Are studying a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics and are able to sign an internship agreement with the University for, at least, 6 months
- Are highly organized and pay close attention to details
- Are curious and investigative, so as problem solver
- Have knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel and can work with them without much problem
- Have analytical mindset and are insightful
- Are fluent in Spanish and English. We are a multicultural company and use them both
