**Job description**:
Join our HR team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will contribute to developing internal knowledge and enhancing our people’s career growth through impactful **training coordination/ Officer.**

**Your missions**
- Coordinate and manage all operational aspects of the internal training programs across the Group.
- Monitor participation and performance through learning management tools.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to collect training needs and set learning priorities.
- Plan, schedule, and ensure the smooth delivery of online and onsite training sessions.
- Liaise with external vendors for specialized training content or tools.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal learning processes and policies.
- Contribute to Group-wide learning & development initiatives (academy evolutions, onboarding tracks, career paths).

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team
- Exceptional organizational skills; good attention to details; analytic skills
- Ability to work independently; problem solving; proactive; flexible
- Fluent English and Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Knowledgeable about learning management systems is a plus
